 Debra Mc Cormick is Australia's first and only vedic master and founder of Epona Yoga.  
 

In 2008 and now in 2010 Debra toured Australia and internationally and assisted Deepak Chopra with Chopra Centre events and has assisted in teaching Perfect Health, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga and also giving of the Primordial Sound Mantras.

Debra launched the children's yoga program Epona Yoga in December 2008. The program was developed in conjuction with child educators and embraces the benefits of yoga for the young.  Debra has created a fantasy world for children to explore with Sunni the Sunflower, Mali the Monkey, Rafferty the Rooster and Tula the Turtle. As children explore the interactive DVD with the characters they are taken through a series of poses which assist with balance, concentration and encourage children to use their imagination. The program comprises of an interactive DVD,  a yoga mat with the characters each in a series of eight poses, and a helpful book with stories for parents and teachers.

The program is already being used in preshools kindergartens and in the school setting - assisting teachers in delivering a program which embraces fitness and allows for all levels of ability.

Debra is highly qualified in her field and is not only a Chopra Centre Certified Vedic master, A Master Reiki Teacher but holds several certificates as well, including Rayid Iris Interpretation.

In early 2009 Debra launched her own online radio program which explores the world of spirituality and provides listeners with meditations as the program evolves she plans to add a talk back and Question and Answer Session to the program  Contact us to find out more...

Debra's mission through her teachings and healings is based on helping people to find their inner guidance, truth, and spirit.  She believes if you are able to ask the question, then you are already able to answer it, sometimes we just need someone to guide us to find the answers within ourselves.

Debra embraces the teachings in the Vedic Master Training which supports a holistic approach.  Ayurveda does not condemn western medicine but combines eastern and western providing a nourishing and enriching program boosting health and awareness and fostering the understanding which follows.
